EasterAd는 귀하에게 소프트웨어를 포함한 저작물("작업물")을 복제, 파생, 공개, 공개 배포할 수 있는 권한을 부여합니다. 이 권한은 다음과 같은 약관을 준수하는 경우에만 유효합니다.

1. 해당 소프트웨어를 사용하는 것은 해당 라이선스 및 약관을 이해하고 수락하는 것으로 간주합니다.
라이선스의 수정, 업데이트 시 업데이트 된 라이선스를 준수해야 합니다.

2. 해당 소프트웨어에 대한 모든 허용은 EasterAd에 의해 명시적으로 허용되는 경우에만 적용됩니다.
해당 소프트웨어는 허용된 개인, 단체, 기업이 허용된 목적으로만 사용할 수 있습니다.
무단 배포, 복사, 수정, 사용, 액세스, 공유 및 명시적으로 허용되지 않은 모든 사용은 금지됩니다.

3. 해당 라이선스는 EasterAd의 상표, 서비스 마크, 상호, 제품 이름 또는 브랜딩("상표")을 사용할 권리 또는 라이선스가 부여되지 않습니다, 설명적 사용은 허용됩니다.

4. 이 소프트웨어를 포함하는 모든 소프트웨어는 다음 규칙을 준수해야 합니다.
a. 해당 소프트웨어를 수정 없이 적용함.
b. 해당 라이선스를 수정 없이 포함함.
c. 제 3자 소프트웨어 항목에 EasterAd의 소프트웨어를 포함함을 명시함.
d. 다음의 면책 조항을 명시함: "이 소프트웨어는 EasterAd에서 개발한 소프트웨어를 포함합니다. EasterAd는 이 소프트웨어를 사용하여 발생하는 모든 문제에 대해 책임지지 않습니다."
e. 광고 판매 플랫폼으로 간주하는 타 소프트웨어를 포함하지 않음. (단. EasterAd의 승인을 받은 경우에 적용하지 않음.)

5. EasterAd의 특정 사항을 허용한다는 명시적인 승인만이 EasterAd의 승인으로 간주합니다.
EasterAd의 모든 승인은 해당 라이선스를 준수하는 경우에만 유효합니다.
EasterAd의 승인은 언제든지 철회될 수 있습니다.
승인이 철회된 경우, 명시적인 유예 기간이 없는 한 철회 표명이 이루어진 시점부터 허용 사항은 적용되지 않습니다.

6. 해당 소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증 없이 제공됩니다.

7. 이 소프트웨어를 사용하여 발생하는 모든 문제에 대해 EasterAd는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

8. 해당 라이선스에서 각 조항은 별도로 적용되며, 해당 조항이 무효 또는 집행 불능인 경우 다른 조항은 그대로 유효합니다.

9. 해당 라이선스는 대한민국 법에 따라 해석되며, 대한민국 법원의 관할권에 따라 해결됨을 동의합니다.

10. 해당 소프트웨어를 포함한 저작물이 어떠한 법률을 위반하거나, 지식재산권을 침해하는 경우, 해당 라이선스는 즉시 종료됩니다.

EasterAd grants you the rights to replicate, derive, publish, and publicly distribute the work, including software, to you. This right is only valid if you comply with the following terms.

1. Using the software is considered to understand and accept the license and terms. When the license is modified or updated, you must comply with the updated license.

2. All permissions for the software are only valid when explicitly allowed by EasterAd. The software can only be used by permitted individuals, groups, and companies for permitted purposes. Unauthorized distribution, copying, modification, use, access, sharing, and any use not explicitly allowed are prohibited.

3. This license does not grant the right or license to use EasterAd's trademarks, service marks, trade names, or branding ("trademarks"), but descriptive use is allowed.

4. All software containing this software must comply with the following rules. a. Apply the software without modification. b. Include the license without modification. c. Explicitly state that EasterAd's software is included in the third-party software item. d. Include the following disclaimer: "This software includes software developed by EasterAd. EasterAd is not responsible for any problems caused by using this software." e. Do not include software that is considered an advertising sales platform. (Except when approved by EasterAd.)

5. EasterAd's specific approval is considered EasterAd's approval. All approvals by EasterAd are only valid if you comply with the license. EasterAd's approval can be revoked at any time. If approval is revoked, the allowed items are not applied from the time the revocation statement is made without an explicit grace period.

6. The software is provided "as is" and is provided without any express or implied warranties.

7. EasterAd is not responsible for any problems caused by using this software.

8. Each clause in this license is applied separately, and if a clause is invalid or unenforceable, the other clauses remain valid.

9. This license is interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and is resolved according to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

10. If the work, including the software, violates any law or infringes intellectual property rights, the license is immediately terminated.
